Born from a shared love for authentic Vietnamese cooking, Pho Saigon was founded by Mr. Harold and Mrs. Danielle Reyes, a passionate couple who dreamed of sharing the true taste of Vietnam with Filipino diners.

Our Story
The story of Phở Saigon begins with a shared love for travel, culture, and, most importantly, food. Mr. Harold and Mrs. Danielle, a hardworking couple from a young age, fell in love with Vietnam during their travels — captivated not only by its rich culture but especially by its vibrant and flavorful cuisine.

A passionate cook from a young age, Mrs. Danielle has always loved creating meals that bring people together. Her love for Vietnamese cuisine grew during her travels to Vietnam, where she fell in love with its flavors and culture. With a keen eye for detail and an unwavering dedication to quality, she ensures that every dish at Pho Saigon carries authenticity, warmth, and a taste of home.

Harold Reyes
Mr. Harold’s entrepreneurial spirit complements Danielle’s culinary passion perfectly. Inspired by the vibrant Vietnamese food culture and the idea of introducing it to the Philippines, he helped turn their dream into reality. From scouting locations to managing operations, Harold ensures that every guest’s experience: from ambiance to service, reflects the heart and soul of Vietnam.

By God’s grace, their dedication and love for quality food quickly captured the hearts of local diners. Encouraged by this success, they expanded to Sta. Rosa, and most recently, opened their third branch in Alabang, complete with a VIP Room for special gatherings.
